Clams Hand picked with my friends from my aunts property! Steamed them in a mix of greens, butter and lemon. Rock Cod One deep fried in a special mix of flour and spices, the others grilled with butter, lemon pepper and salt. Salmon Grilled. One coated in mango salsa (delicious), the other in brown sugar and butter (also delicious). |
